Is Constantinople, Imperial District working correctly? It seems to lower my score when I play it, rather than increase my score.
Am I missing something?

It happened again today, this time to my opponent.
When they had a0 score, they gained 3. When they had a score of 8, they lost three, which cost them the game.

BTW, the bug was that the score was reset to 3 instead of scoring 3. So that's why it seems to work when you have à 0 score.
