Target surprise sites influence bug

Sites like assassin's stronghold and yerebatan cistern, once landed, has faulty influence contestation, for example if I have a stronghold at 1 influence, and my opponent drops a assassin's library opposite it, we'd end up with a 3 site on that side and my stronghold at 1. It matters greatly when there's deceptive involved.

Also when Yerebatan cistern lands in a region with opposite site of 3 influence, it doesn't become 1 - instead I'll have 2 and he'll have 3.

Also, If you replace a basilica di San pietro with a cistern, the basilica doesn't return to your hand

I can reproduce the Bascilica not coming back to hand consistently, so that's a problem. In fact the Bascilica disappears altogether! Not in the archive or erased pile!

Also with the influence contestation it seems to be a purely graphic error - there would be a site on the opposite end with influence, but when scoring happens at day's start, it would count the correct amount.
