Yesterday, I used Scientific Espionage on Incite Revolt and then used Incite Revolt afterwards to get the archive into my deck. I did see that the number in the archive went from 30+ to 1 and my sequence also went up from 15+ to 40+...
However, when I used Quick Study, when it resolved I didn't see any cards in the carousel.
Also, throughout the game, I was automatically getting cards from the archive. I remember getting an Ezio Auditore, Assassin (for sure, because I used him afterwards)) and a Maria Thorpe (not sure if it was Maria but definitely another card) and I remember it clearly because there was this animation where you see the card flying from archive to my hand while I was waiting for enough gold to launch a memory. Not a very good game for my opponent and I can't remember who he/she was but I can imagine how frustrating it was for him/her.

I think this one is fixed in the latest update, except for the visual bug where memories seem to come from the archive. You can see it as à bug or as à clue the memory was previously in the archive before going into your sequence
