This is a list of some of the abbreviations we use on the forums related to ACR and a glossary of TCG slang in general by Ringel, please feel free to add or suggest in the thread and I can update it

Glossary of trading card game lingo used here on this board:
acr: Assassin’s Creed Recollection. You are playing it.
tcg: trading card game
ccg: collectible card game
mtg, magic: Magic the Gathering, the name of the first modern published collectible card game.
Deck: What acr calls a sequence. It refers to a deck of cards.
Sequence: What most tcg’s call a deck. The set of cards you play with.
Counter: Neutralizing a launching action, a card that neutralizes a launching action, or a deck that uses such cards as a core strategy: “Court Order is my favorite counter. It is the number one card in any counter deck.” From mtg “Counterspell” card.
Mill: A strategy that involves emptying an opponent’s deck of cards, or a deck that uses that strategy, or a card that moves cards from the opponents deck to the archive. From mtg “Millstone” card (note that unlike acr, in Magic, if you can’t draw a card you automatically lose).
Bounce: To return a card from the board to a player’s hand (yours or your opponent's). "You can always bounce Grimaldi if he gets too big." Examples of bounce cards: Malfatto, Bitter Sweet
Tutor: A card that allows you to search your deck for another card, or the act of playing such a card. Order of the King is a tutor that searches for nobles and heralds. From mtg “Demonic Tutor”
Cantrip: A card that, in addition to its other effects, allows you to draw a card.
