When returning a mess of thieves, including one La Volpe using Military Brutality some of my thieves gained the +2 bonus and some did not.

I guess that happens because they resolve them in some kind of order instead of all at the same time. Wait, la volpe is have. Not get. Hmmm, sounds like a bug then.
