I'm seeing a whole lot of Thief Weenie and Discard decks today. Time to dust off the ol' anti discard tech.
I did see one Abazia combo player today too. Bleah.

Yeah, I used to be very anti-quitting (and even mocked to myself those who would quit out of losing games, especially those that wait until the last second before my winning score), but as soon as I see that first Abbazia surprise wipe one of my agents or sites, I'm out.

I think that the "color pie" is no longer balanced after the expansion, thus resulting to a bad meta. After the expansion, even faith had counters in the form of sites. Previously it was only order and scholar. This results in too many counter cards. This is also true for income+draw cards such as funeral pyre. I think the card designers should at least balance the card abilities per color. Example, if they want a counter ability in faith, it should have a drawback since the color is not ideally for countering cards, e.g. Neutralize a site you control, neutralize launching memory. Something like that...
