Also, would Silvio get neutralised now with the Sudden E.+Tactical U. Combo?

They've just changed the "ruling", this is a known change to the mechanic. Safe no longer protect against 0 power tactical switch.

This combo might still work with Learned Widow (LW). I'm not sure if you still need an Evasive Manuever on her as I haven't had time to test it out. Has anyone tested it on LW?

im happy its been fixed, it was always to situational to get a 5/5 amerigo or other to build a deck around, so at least now se/tu can be used to get rid of a silvio, instead of making him stronger
