I've noticed it in a couple of games now. I take an action with Sci Esp. Ezio Mentor should make all cards have surprise but the ones I've stolen don't seem to.

I confirm the bug. It's fixed on our side, but will probably won't be there in the next update (since the update is already in validation)

It has apparently been fixed in version 2.15 or 2.16 as it works correctly now (in version 2.16). Updating the status to fixed.
