This sounds like a case of selective memory. I cannot believe that if you play 10 games with a deck of 5 PPs that you'll never draw one in your opening hand. Now try that with 20 games, 30, and report back the results please. It was the deck destruction deck. It's not selective memory--I know how frequently I drew a PP with that deck. I'd try it now and report back the results, but I have no desire to lose 10-30 games in a row. There's no way that deck can match up with the decks that are out there now.

It doesn't matter *which* deck, if there's 5 of a card, and you play it 10 times without seeing it once in your opening hand, you can report it any card

This is pure random and done client side. should be easy to select your draw on a hacked iOS device then if you are 1337. In offline mode, you have a chance (and we really don't care), but not in a multiplayer. The random seed is synchronized over the network. If someone try to cheat, it will result in an NOOS.
