I've been revisiting some rarely used Renaissance cards and this one I don't understand half of what it does:
Benefactor's Villa: Cost 4, No Income, Influence 1
Faith Agents and Sites rest twice as slow.
I can understand the Agents resting twice as slow but how does this card affect sites? Do sites only score every other day? Or does it make site deploy in one full day instead of the usual half-day deployment? I haven't used this card at all and will test it tonight but I was hoping somebody here has used it and can explain the other part of it to save me the trouble of testing. ;D

And what does happen if you play 3 of it? Does the effect stack??

I think it is the ability that some sites have that take longer to be ready. Think of abazmofo st. Meancoolio as ability.

lurifaxb - Ahhh.. that could be it. I just looked through all Faith Sites and the sad thing is that the only Faith Site with an ability that cools off is Abbazia. Benefactor's Villa may help somewhat against Abbazia/Maria combo decks but only if you have another site that is more expensive on the board and it only delays your loss for another half-day. @felix - I don't think the effects stack. I remember a discussion before that Juan Borgia the Elder's abilities doesn't stack (the player said he had 3 Borgia Elders and 1 Borgia Pope and the 1 Borgia Pope was able to offset the effect of 3 Borgia Elders).
