The best I've been able to do against counter decks is either play Pete's deck ... Upgraded account to full legendary member and added 10 stars. |

I am a new player a couple months ago and know how it feels when you can't get a single card out. There are still many new players out there I feel so unhappy after I see their cards with holy days as I don't know what to do. I have no solution but I rarely play a tight game anymore  |

I have no solution but I rarely play a tight game anymore yeah that sucks big time. People forget that new players don't have access to every card. I still don't have all the cards, and feel like I probably will never manage to get all of them Damn I also ran out of stars. |

when I was a noob, I used to play media/noble rush, which is really cheap. I think it still works.

Counter / Draw decks with Piri are indeed a problem. I have one for myself and I would say that there is almost nothing that can stop the deck from winning if I get my Piri out. I hardly ever play it, because it is boring for myself. Also I think there should be something done about the massive market manipulation. >5.000 AC for a PP and very expensive other good cards are not newb friendly at all. By the way these market prices are maybe also a reason for the counter heavy meta. Because if you were new to the game what would you do? Play your first games and get everything countered or get screwed up by very strong cards. Then you will take a look into the market and see some possible counter solutions, but those are very expensive. You will also see counters and those are mostly cheap. So it's only logical for a new player to build a counter deck for his own. Strong and cheap. So I think the stupid market manipulation is one of the main reasons for the current counter heavy meta. Personally I think these market manipulators really deserve to get countered every single card until they cry.  |

When I tried to adjust he countered with the cards he drew. Difference of probably 8000 credit between the decks. |

Bronto's extreme militant can easily be modified to be a non-rare deck, which still good enough to make the counter deck or discard deck not able to catch up. |

Same goes for lurifaxb's Plebes deck - if you get your draw power going, you can outrun most counter decks. |

True。 Just replace PP by Knowledge has a Price or this new goldr essource card that gives 2 for 1. Less efficient, but also less expensive.

I beat one of those annoying Abbazia/Maria decks today thanks to Pete's deck.
Little pickpockets kept picking up points while Teodors made themselves stronger with a Borgia Tower, and I kept launching Suleimans to sacrifice to his Maria surprise.
Sucker kept having to spend his gold on attempting to neutralize my stuff rather than actually playing any memories.
