[High][fixed] Gardener and NOOS

New thread for Gardener NOOS issue referenced at the end of this thread:

This NOOS is specific to Gardener when it dies together with another agent that either blocks it or gets blocked by it. It looks like the game can't understand where to put the cards (should it be in the Archive or the Erase pile?) which I think causes the NOOS issue in Gardener's case.

Also, if only one agent dies (either Gardener or the opposing agent), it's fine - no NOOS issue. But if both of them dies, then you see the NOOS issue.

I've run a test and this bug appears to have been fixed in the 2.16 release. No NOOS errors anymore and both the imperial Gardner and the other agent are discarded ( and not erased).
