[not a bug] Pickpocket + La Volpe

I've had occasional trouble with Romani Pickpocket and La Volpe. Sometimes new Pickpockets will not gain La Volpe's bonus when La Volpe is in play and sometimes Pickpockets will not lose La Volpe's bonus when La Volpe leaves play.

It isn't at all consistent, usually the cards work just fine.

I can't reproduce this one. I.e. no matter what I do with La Volpe and the Pickpocket, all appears normal.

For the time being I'll mark it as "not a bug" until more info is available.
