I haven't really tested this deck, especially since the best I can do is a watered-down version of it (missing enough rares to make it really do what I want it to).
Income Boosters:
5xPP
5XDen Defense
Agents:
5xAbbas Sofian
5xAltair, Learned
5xLegionnaire Thespian
5xRich Poet
Sites:
5xArt Gallery
Actions:
5xRole Reversal
5xTactless Theatrics
5xAdvanced Training
The point of the deck is to consistently neutralize the opponent's sites and agents.
Abbas Sofian handles the sites. A fair number of players (myself included) rely on being able to consistently drop Basilica di San Pietros for various reasons, but Abbas Sofian will neutralize the Basilicas as soon as they hit the board. Role Reversal on sites with bigger numbers will allow Abbas Sofian to neutralize those as well. (I was struck with the idea after losing to a very well-constructed Sofia's Office/Basilica/Ottoman Gunman deck - maybe Altaem's?).
Rich Poets serve as another way to gets sites to zero for Abbas to neutralize them.
So basically, 15 cards are there specifically to consistently neutralize sites.
As for agents, that's what Legionnaire Thespian, Tactless Theatrics, and Altair, Learned are for. All three cards will hit an enemy agent for 0/-2, although Altair will do it via blocking, probably dying, then getting relaunched to block and die all over again. Ideally, Legionnaire Thespian and Tactless Theatrics are saved for unblockable agents, while Altair handles the rest.
Advanced training is in there if I need to hit an enemy agent a bit harder when I block it, or if I want to score a few extra points when attacking.
And finally, Art Gallery is there so that I can score as well. Ideally I'll come out ahead in the agent race and eventually be able to attack.
I'm probably exceptionally vulnerable to counters, especially if I'm unable to get Abbas Sofian down early enough, but I don't really care. I really just wanted to see if I could build a deck around Abbas Sofian.
