[duplicate]Quick Study after Incite Revolt

After you have played Incite Revolt, shouldnt you be able to pick up any of the new cards gathered from the archive with a Quick Study? Currently Quick Study only seem to show the "old" cards in the sequence. Also applies for all other "choose"-cards like Golden Hierlom etc.

I think Hurdler said this is fixed in the upcoming version.
