Hello all, first post here but have been lurking for some time. I recently came up with a deck and initially it was doing very well but now I am having some trouble with it and I just can't pinpoint it.
The idea of the deck is to get San Gimignano in play as quickly as possible. Then hit it with a dual (Sofia's Home) and then hold on long enough (2d) to win. Like I said it was working initially but not so much anymore. I welcome and and all suggestions!
Keep in mind here I don't pay a lot for cards so some of the power house cards (like PP) I have limited numbers of and am forced to compensate with other cards that are equal or close to in function.
CORE: (the means to win the match) 4x San Giminano 3x Sofia's Home 2x Hidden Vault 2x Liar of Romulus
CASH: (cash generation) 1x Political Patronage 3x Dama Rosa 4x Den Defense 1x Slave Trade
DRAW: (work through the deck to get the core cards) 2x Knowledge is Power 4x Ancient Map 2x Quick Study 5x Militia Intimidation
DEFENSE: (Keep my scorers in play long enough to win) 2x Tactless Theatrics 2x Sudden Exhaustion 1x Baseless Accusations 1x For the cause 1x Mob Justice
UTILITY: (Designed as general purpose for def/off) 2x Alter Ego 3x Piri Res 1x Family Heirloom 3x Incognito 5x Clothes Make the Man

Maybe add some assassin library? And put some wanted poster or lassitude to deal with agents?

If your main winning strategy is using sites, then it would be better to have more sites in there...
Try adding some of these...
- Constantinople, Galata District - Tactical Upheaval
You already have Gimignano, no need for Lair of Romulus. Replace with Engineer's Workroom so that your Gimignano doesn't get countered.
Also, try to include some alternate win conditions, like Juno.

With 5x clothes make the man, what exactly do you plan to copy? I do not agree with Wampyrs statements on Lair of Romulus or Juno btw. Your deck does not have enough staying-power to be able to play Juno.

I appreciate everyone's feedback. To be honest as I started typing that out I really realized how misdirected the deck was. This deck evolved from a Militant rush deck I was using and I should have just rebuilt instead of modified.
I decided to scrap and rebuild this into a new scholar / faith deck that is doing extremely well now, avg about 60%-80% win rate against non-competitive decks which is good enough for me right now. I will post that deck later today just in case anyone is interested. Again, thanks all for the input.

As promised here is the deck this evolved into. Same methodology and direction above, taking some of the advice from above but dropping media because it wasn't really bringing anything to the deck.
CORE: (the means to win the match) 4x Sofia's Home 3x Assassin Library 4x San Gimignano
CASH: (cash generation) 3x Holy Day 5x Den Defense 1x Nothing VentuPink Nothing Gained
DRAW: (work through the deck to get the core cards) 5x Ancient Map 3x Knowledge Is Power 1x Family Heirloom 2x Quick Study 1x In Depth Analysis 1x Mentor's Return
DEFENSE / UTILITY: (Keep my scorers in play long enough to win) 5x Papal Bull 2x Tactical Upheaval 2x Sudden Exhaustion 5x Militia Intimidation 3x Piri Reis 1x Mob Justice 1x Funeral Pyre 1x Losing Faith 1x Lassitude 1x Faith of the Righteous
