I just ran afoul of this combo tonight, returning after a long time gone. Since the I never see Thorpe get discarded, or drawn, it looks like my opponent is simply activating a building and destroying my agents every time. In other words, it looks like a bug.
I saw another thread on this in bugs, which is apparently locked, but this frustrated me quite a bit and I forfeited a match I might have otherwise played out had I known it was a legitimate combo instead of someone taking advantage of an exploit. Better visual feedback is needed.
