I apologize if this has already been posted but the pcboard search doesn't appear to be working right now.
With UR (Underground Refuge) I have seen it deployed on me. When each day scoring event happens I discard a memory. I would expect this based on the description.
I decided to try this card out a bit more. Unfortunately for me I watched and as the day event came, my opponent did not have to discard a memory.
What am I missing? The only memories deployed was Cyril on my side and Piri on his side.

The effect of UR is a one-time event - it should only erase your highest-cost memory once when it resolves. If it was indeed UR used against you, then it would be a bug.
But from the way you described it, you may be thinking about Buried Cathedral - this card puts the top 4 memories of your opponent's sequence into the discard pile at the start of the day.

As coolkendude stated Underground Refuge is a onetime effect.
As far as you discarding a card daily I think you may have missed something else. Typically when playing discard you always wait till the timer is on the left of the screen to play a discard effect. That way the opponent will discard what they just drew in case there is no cards in your hand. They may have played either another Underground Refuge or a differenct discard.
For now I am going to mark this as not a bug.

I am fine with marking it as not a bug. I will research it more. I was certain it was UR that was played against me but I could be wrong.
Each day, I would get my draw and then it would immediately be neutralize.

Your opponent was probably playing some cards like divine intervention or other cards just at the end of day so that it resolved just as you draw the card.

Are you sure your opponent didn't play Divine Intervention or Bitter Farewell on you? If those cards are played on or just after the day counter starts from the left side, you would get your draw, but then it would be immediately discarded by either cards. If it is a bug that makes you discard a card in hand daily that would be pretty bad. |

It's happened to me twice now so it's likely some combination of the deck I use with it. I will try to see if I can duplicate it. May need to borrow the wife's phone to do it.  |
