Taking a hiatus

I played the game a lot today too and as I said before ACR is a great game but I am really frustrated wasting a lot of time to join a game. Also, app crashes and out of sync errors happens very often now. If the connection is smooth I honestly believe I would have a very different experience

rl, I am from Toronto with Rogers so you have no connection issue at all ?

True, there must be something wrong with the app or server.
the crash problem is quite strange.
however, it has been easier for me to get a match, but it often out of sync or crash, lol

I personally believe if one really dislike the update he/she wouldn't bother to talk about it at all and simply move on to something else. I want to enjoy ACR like before but now it takes me many tries just to connect a game. Hopefully this is a short transition period and I could play the game normal soon

The connection issues indeed became worse with this update.

At least there is a solution to the frequent "Unable to connect to opponent" errors, which I posted here:

However I fully agree to jeremy that this effort shouldn't be necessary just for a game. I really don't understand, why the devs seem to ignore this issue completely. For many people it is probably by far the most frustrating aspect of the game and I think jeremy is not the first one who quits because of this.
