How new Competitive mode works

I just got 5 more games in competitive for the first time. This is really weird. Have not gotten it before (and definitely not daily), but there they are. I had 1 game left. Now I have 6.

It is not consistent that's for sure.

Agree... On Monday and Tuesday, I got my 5 bonus games (10 total) for the first time after using up the original number of bonus games. But after that, I didn't see it anymore.

I agree. I've only had 5 bonus games.
It feels kind of silly to play a lot and then get passed by people who must have gotten bonus games. E.g. One person got like 250 points in a matter of hours although he previously had spend all bonus games (points not being divided by 50 e.g. 11765). I should stop caring about the seasonal leader board... So silly.

If the games don't come next season everyday for some it will be a Weird season

I don't know if I got my bonus games or not, until today I always had the + sign. Before the recent update after the nerf I could barely play any games. I got so many various disconnect errors. Now I finally finished. We'll see tomorrow if I get more. I also noticed this morning that when someone invites you to a game it takes away from your bonus games and even if you win that match you don't get leaderboard points for it.

I noticed you skyrocketed the leader board Iron, well done. I think waiting to play most games until last patch where NOOS are now really rare was a smart thing.

I was however referring to someone else I had battled for a while. It seems the games are giving at random when you see fast shifts on the leaderboard appear all of a sudden inconsistently with the smaller shifts previously.

I didn’t figure you were calling me out I was only making a general statement earlier. The connection issues forced me to wait and play games till the recent patch. I didn’t get bonus games today either but after doing some quick math I have won about 230 games. That matches with my win ratio. Today might have been the only day I didn’t receive the bonus games.

Congrats to you and everyone else at the top of the board that played through all the disconnects and not getting your bonus games.

I wish they could kick the obvious hackers off the top of the list. Hopefully next season all the kinks will be worked out and everyone can get all the bonus games.

Is anyone else getting the five bonus games per day? I got 4 the first day (4 wins and 1 loss = 155 points) and none today.

Yup. Not too happy with the ranking system, but I'd rather spend my time worrying about not getting credits

Same for me. had 5 bonus games the first day and... That's it. Well, I guess random has now a larger place in the strategies of this game

... That's it, I'm off the competition mode. Even maybe off the game for a while... tired of deceptives rushes that make all games look alike and waiting so long between two matches to get that.

Ok. So you did receive bonus games and 20 of them?

Yep ! So it would appear that one way or another, if you don't get them on a daily basis, you get them later altogether. Four days = 20 games so that's ok. Eccept for the one I lost for... shutting down the game ?... All I did was test an anti-media-scholar-deceptive-nico-rush in history mode against various types of games to see if it was stable (it's not. yet .)

I stopped caring about rank and ladders when I found it it was broken and not a representation of skills.

Do like me. Play it just for fun. Chose a wacky deck or an anti deck and just have fun while farming gold. Now that I stopped caring about winning, I have more fun.
