It's happened in my last two games, once when I played it and once when my opponent did

I've seen a lot of seemingly NOOS error connected to cards being played. Yet, it is not consistent. I've played change of planes many times, but a few times it crashes. Can be the same with sudden exhaustion.
Keep an eye on what cards it is played against or if there are certain condition that are in effect when playing it. I will do the same on sudden exhaustion.
My fear is that there are larger bugs in effect that effect more than certain cards being played...

I think that you're right, Lurifax.
In the last couple days, I've seen NOOS on:
Imperial Gardner resolving when it comes into play; Source of All Life resolving, and; ...um, one more example that escapes memory right now.

NOOS may happen with any memory after playing a memory/ability which use the random feaure because there is a bug in the random generator syncrhonisation after launching an agent in campaign (it can be "solved"/resynced by a few memories which force a resync, that's why what you see might seem inconsistent).
This is defenitely fixed on our side and I hope you'll get an update next week (depending on Apple's load) with that fix.

NOOS errors still seem to be pretty common. It happens a lot with Tactless Theatrics and Brothers in Arms (when it resolves).
Any chance anyone out there is working on these?
