I know not many people buy (Renaissance) Templar packs anymore, but when I bought 2 in the past hour, they could NOT be opened. The error I kept receiving was "Unable to connect to Ubisoft Servers." After this, I went onto the market, which worked perfectly well, sold a few memories to buy an Assassin Renaissance pack, which opened normally. Also, after reloading the app, I saw that one of my Templar packs was gone. I'd rather not throw away 100 credits. I know it's not much, but, again, I bought a Templar pack. And, again, it would not open. So, I reloaded the app, tried to open the pack, and I could not. So now I've got one missing pack and one I cannot open. I'd like to think I'm not one to complain, but is there any way I can get my credits or packs back? If not, I understand. However, I urge you to look into problems relating to opening packs. I have experienced similar problems in the past. Thank you

Everytime anyone has complained in the past, ubi have said that the packs that dissapearing are opened and added to your deck automatically next time you play a vs game or some such.

Yeah, it is irritating. If you are like me, you have enough of a handle at least on what your rare cards are so you will notice when the two packs drop into your collection. It didn't happen for a long time, but it was a pretty regular occurrence in the first version. I know the bug is back, but it isn't nearly as frequent as it used to be.
