I just played the most boring game possible...
I had a militant deck with malfatto, sofia sartor, some city official and silvestro sabbatini He had some basilica di san pietro, 2 byzantine churchs and some silvios/pious warden and gunmen
Of course, none could deal with that.
I fell asleep and my battery was at 0% after around 40+ site influence and 40+ def on officials...

He needed Papal Bull or Borgia Cardinals. One of my main decks is an Ottoman Gunmen deck, and I love using Byzantine Church and cycling Basicilas. I do occasionally run into Sofia Sartor decks, and Papal Bull is a godsend. Recently played one person who dropped three Sofia Sartors... all of whom ran into timely Papal Bulls. Edit to add: Although you might have found this game boring, I finally got to participate in what I considered a dream game: playing against a Courtesan deck, using Losing Faith to wipe out all his Femme Fatales, yet he was stubborn enough to stick with it to the end. Unbeknownst to me, he actually did have a couple big agents that could've scored later, but I apparently wiped them both with a well timed Sacred Vault (played just after his Brothers in Arms, wiping something like 10-12 memories). His courtesan deck is really strong - he uses courtesans that can kill agents, both directly and by blocking, removes sites, and uses Paola to reduce your score. He's also able to recycle Courtesans from the archive. I suppose he was waiting for a draw, but my deck also has Incite Revolt so I basically had an infinite deck. I think the game took about 30-40 minutes before I finally had enough memories in hand to play a bunch of things at once and overwhelm his ability to kill my agents and sites. I loved the game. It's actually the second time I'd had that same situation with that same guy, but the first time my battery died before I could win.

Ha! Read my Fooling a trickster thread. That type of deck was what inspired me to write it. Lamoid games. I had to throw it back at the person who used it and used a deck with NO way of winning, so when opponent stole my deck it was a 20 minute wait for a draw. I thought it was hilarious though. Such a lamoid tactic! Last time I meet the person I wrote about, I got of a quick losing faith and he quit. Felt GOOD
