Yes. I can not think of any Crime deck where you shouldn't be playing with 5 of them.

It is dependent on the deck and the situation, but forced charity seems to work in almost all crime decks.

All of my crime decks have 5 Forced Charities in them. I really love this card! It's an excellent income booster early in the game, and replaces itself later in the game when you don't really need the income anymore.

I do have one crime deck without it. It's a thief rush deck. I need speed so use PP and income from agents who double for draw with Altair assassin.

It's still pretty good, IMO.
I already have 5 pyres. They're pretty strong.
Ah. If anybody has any extra forced charity, could they PM me?
