Not that anyone will be fixing the bugs, but... I was dinking around with the Maffeo/Georgios combo again last night. I kept my score in each region at zero. My opponent was playing a militants deck. One of his militants was the virtual one you get when you play Cahin. The defender icon appeared on the militant, but when he attacked with it he actually scored (oddly, he appeared to score 10 points with a 7/7 militant, but maybe he dropped a MagPers on it when I wasn't looking, or perhaps he had 3 points in that region from earlier that I'd forgotten about - ignore this part ). It was very curious.

Happy discovery tonight: virtual agents may not respect an existing Maffeo/Georgios combo that's on the board, but if you launch a new Maffeo/Georgios it does give the virtual agents defender and stops them from scoring (I suspect that just Maffeo would do the trick, but I wasn't brave enough to test just that).
I just did exactly that to beat everyone's favorite player. I do hope that I get an angry rant from him via Gamecenter, as it must be frustrating to have 10/7/something, six agents all at 5/5 or above, and not be able to score or win.

I called them battle of the lamoids for a reason. Like when I made a lame deck specifically to harass a lame forgotten temple deck

I listed the bug just incase anyone is still paying attention. I am surprised that deck still works. I deleted mine after the last update and everyone seems to be playing with agent wipes. I will have to give it a try again.

I will have to give it a try again. It certainly has issues with Wrath of the Righteous and other forms of agent removal, but I'm using five each of Maffeo and Georgios, plus Narrow Escapes to protect them as much as possible. Narrow Escape being a surprise helps greatly, as I can wait to use it until after my opponent has launched a (non-surprise) agent removal memory. I also save one Narrow Escape for Juno, just to make sure that she doesn't get taken out. Beyond that, the memory that copies agents (Auxiliary Ego?) also helps - an idea that I shamelessly stole from someone else's Maffeo/Georgios deck. EDIT: I just looked at the cards again, and I realized that I confused Narrow Escape with Evasive Maneuvers. Oops.

Interesting update: Maffeo/Georgios combo actually works against Pietro Rossi - that honestly surprised me.

That's interesting... do you know if Borgia Cardinal's ability can score over Maffeo/Georgios? No idea yet. I'd be happy to test it out if you happen to have a Borgia deck you'd like to try (I also want to test it against With Great Power, for that matter), but if you or anyone can think of a story mode deck that uses Borgia Cardinal or WGP I could just try it out that way.
