How about abusing the day and night cycle a bit more. I think this is a unique feature in CCG's which has a lot of possibilities.
Some ideas:
Agents: "Harvesting Farmer" Gives +1 gold at end of day cycle. "Store Owner", A merchant that generates gold during daytime. Or gives extra gold when played during daytime. Or thiefs that can hide during night, making them untouchable during this period of the gamecycle. Or they get a +1/+1 when they attack during night. "Early Bird" A Soldier that resolves as a surprise when played during daytime.
Sites: "Brothel" that opens at night distracting agents in that section, so they cannot score during nighttime. "Lighthouse" makes it impossible for "Crimes" to be committed at night. "Illuminated Alley" makes your agents "Safe" at nighttime in that site. "Abundant Crop Field" You gain gold twice as fast during daytime.
Actions: "Reflecting Mirrors" blinding enemy agents, giving them -2/-0 during daytime. "Bed Time" makes agent inactive during nighttime. "We are Closed" Target Site loses all abilities during this night. Late Night Studying" Draw 2 memories at end of night cycle. "On call" Target agent loses all downtime when used for blocking during nighttime.
Anyway, you guys get the idea...

I like expanding on the day/night cycle a lot But I also wanna say that besides surprises, everything takes half a day to launch - that means launching something during the day means it resolves at night, and vice versa. Which means people have to be very careful when trying to word the cards to be specific to have effect when they resolve or when they launch. And if it resolves in the wrong period of time it's wasted... I guess they should all be surprises. Also that effectively means every day/night effects can happen once a day... Just like all other cards at the moment (Half day to campaign, half day to rest. Half day (start in day end in night) actions, full day site scoring cycle... Whew I really like it but I hope it won't be confusing

Yeah, you are right... Actions should mainly be surprises! But something like "Late Night Studying" could be a normal action, making you draw the cards only at the end of the upcoming end of night.
With sites it can give an extra perspective to the game...
This was obviously just an idea :-) Maybe it will make the game too complicated or imbalanced anyway.

i think if there are things like "this agent has +1/+1 during night" or "this agent can only start a campaign at night", it would be less confusing than actions... Or something like "Good morning" - 4 cost action, all agents finish resting. This action resolves if it hasn't resolved yet when a new day starts" Like I said I really dig the ideas

like i posted in a very similar post about night and day: you can do cards which only can be launched at a certain daytime also. i kind of agree that most cards need to be surprises.
do some card suggestions in single threads so we can discuss every card on its own.

Love the concept.
Thieves that have a bonus during night is a great idea. Sites with effects during a specific time as well.
Actions can be with both effects in fact. Like this one:
General Repetition Surprise If resolved during day, all militants gains +1/+1. During night, you gain +2 ressources instead.
