[Crime/Order] A take on bronto's crime/faith deck

This is the first deck I have semi constructed based on bronto's deck, not sure if it's been listed before of not!

Typical game would start with forced inheritance and discreet calling to get lanz and Dante in play, or Dante and magianis against site decks and the ezio and Cesare are there for kicks. Brilliant burglary just saved me against a pantheon/ri combo, nuked his gold before it reached 12 and clenched the match, 3ndemic still trashed this though lol

Was just playing gambit, would have been a good game had the network not died!!

I have gone from losing 3 in 4 to winning 3 in 4 with this deck, thanks bronto!

Court order is surly better than brilliant burglary. Guess u use brilliant to prevent enemy from casting. Much safer to counter it.

That's the sort of advice I'm after!! Your right, for the same cost at least I can make sure I am blocking the right cards, my only concern would be not being able to block surprise actions, whereas by taking all the gold off the opponent I know he can't cast anything... I'll give it a try but when I get hit by another court order where I would have played burglary I'll probably swap them back

My second little tweak is to replace the x4 plentiful crop for 4 tactical upheaval, I like the draw + cesare/big lanz neutralise for just -1 compared to plentiful, would you guys agree?

Not sure I'd remove the 5 of them. Maybe you should try with 2/3 Plentiful Crop first.

Upheaval doesn't neutralize Cesare OR Lanz by itself, only when in conjunction with sudden exhaustion. And by then you've most likely eliminated it. I'd say check and see whether you can afford both cards in your deck en masse, or if you're regularly getting trounced by Dante or Americo (not likely?)

And I always thought the order/scholar Lanz deck was the original to bronto's discard one? I've been kicked by too many counter + ezio + Cesare + Lanz = evil

my bad, not sure which or who was the originator now then lol, I based it on Bronto's post for crime and faith, and I didnt have hardly any of the faith stuff so swapped them all for order control rather than discard.

Havnt had a chance to play since making my last tweak but I think you guys might be right regarding the upheaval but ill give it a try, a lot of people at the moment are throwing out 1 or 2 dantes on the first day, would be nice to wipe them off the board, get 1 more gold and 1 more card whilst taking their safety away a bit.

on a side note, I think I beat 3ndemic with this deck last night, he either left to save us the trouble of keep going or disconnected just before he was about to rape face!!
