Hello everyone,
I'm glad you're enjoying the Assassin's Sale for Valentine's Day (if you have not checked it out yet, make sure to visit the in-game store before tonight).
This is a good opportunity to update you all on our upcoming updates...
For the moment, our primary goal is to release the iPhone/iPod touch version so that many more gamers can try the game.
This should be ready in a few weeks (yes, the iPhone screen is a bit small but the game works pretty well).
Obviously, the following big update is… the Auction House.
We are quite confident that we will be able to release it in April.
Those are the two major upcoming features but we will also try to surprise you with more content and activities!
Thanks again to all of you for playing our game and for building such a great community.

This news is the better valentines gift, compared to the sale  Looking forward to see what you guys managed to do with the iPhone version, I remain apprehensive about the smallllll screen, but im sure you guys wouldn't put it out if it was utterly meh April it is! great news, a little disappointing though, I hate being the voice of doom but I have to make the following point  How come we were told the AH would come in two months at the same time we were told a iphone/touch game was way way off (about 3 months ago) whereas now we are being told the iphone/touch game will be released before the AH, which is again in another 2 months. Kinda feel like its a case of get more players on board for their IAP and then deal with what the players actually need. personally it just feels like your spending all your time looking to get more revenue (which is fair I guess as your a business) but not delivering what your playerbase is screaming in agony for You could be looking at the recent decline of IAP and decided that the iphone/touch version would help boost those sales, but the real reason is because everyone is holding off for the auction house to then go and purchase the specific cards we are all missing. Sure the phone version will boost your income for a little time, but youll be back here very quickly with no IAP going on as everyone wants targetted cards. I also assume that our currently purchased cards are server based, so if we log into the phone with the same accounts we will have access to the same cards, which means for those who have played the game from scratch, still wont have a need to purchase more cards. likewise I assume the previously stated remark that 3g was a happy accident now means that you will actively code to support 3g on the iphone and ipod touch? genuinely, I dont want to sound like im ranting, just voicing my personal opinions |

I guess they made enough money on Valentines Day to convince management this game has potential (to make even more money) and threw in couple of extra developers.  To be honest I've spend more already on this game than all AC games on PS3 combined... and I own all of them... Darn...  |

I guess they made enough money on Valentines Day to convince management this game has potential (to make even more money) and threw in couple of extra developers. even if that is the case, the priority of the development has swayed to that of a new platform over what the game truly needs more than anything else. |
