I can't get past Firenze in the Play Tactics Story mode and I've been stuck there for a few weeks. I haven't added or bought any additional memories from what I started the game with. My question is, is it possible to get through Firenze using only the starting Memories?

Firenze isn't really a test of deck strength - it's a test of play skill/pace. The starter deck plus a couple of boosters with the free credits (you really should go spend those extra credits if you haven't yet, they're free after all!) should get you a decent blue/green deck with unblockables, a few counters, and low-cost agents that can rush a bit. I just bought a Templar pack but I can't see my new memories in my Sequence Manager.

after you buy the pack, you have to go down from the booster purchase screen to open the pack. If that's done it should definitely be in your sequence manager (see what's opened in the booster and you can see which new cards to look for)
