Dear All,
I have a problem playing "versus mode", every time I click versus mode button, the screen (iPad2) stays in the menu screen, and it's frozen, I can't do anything such as go back to the main menu or chose the other selections. (however, the background animation and music are still working) The only way I can do is to force closing the app and restart it.
Does anyone has the same problem? I downloaded Uplay, but it's an iphone app, not a ipad version.. is this a problem?
Please help me! and thanks for your time.

Hmmm that's strange, I don't know anyone with permanent problems playing. There was a recent discovery of the uplay app being BAD for the connection - so remove that app.
And then... if that still doesn't work, I can only suggest removing the app and downloading it again (it's free anyway right now lol)
Otherwise it could be a network permission issue - are you behind some kind of firewall? I'm not very technically knowledgeable so someone else will have to deal with that.

Wifi works much better than 3G for me.

I'm using Wifi with my iPad2, I use my mac book pro to share wifi with iPad.
1) I was wondering that when you click versus mode, what will you see? is it transfering you to another screen? (mine is staying in menu screen)
2) Do i really need to install Uplay to play versus mode?

Remove the Uplay app altogether - it interferes with the game. Tap and hold on the Uplay app icon till it wobbles, then delete it completely - not just close the app from the app bar.

Hmmm bummer, not sure what's wrong... You should see the game center green box pop up with a "play now" button on the top right, and your game center profile. Have you tried removing and installing the game again? It might be a corrupt file...?

Your cards are linked to your account, so you'll have to sign back in and play through first 3 single player missions first... Hope that helps, otherwise I have noooo idea.

I assume you're connected to the internet (as in you can browse web pages with you ipad) and are logged in to your uplay account (by clicking on the uplay logo at the bottom). I don't know what else it could be.

yep... i logged in Uplay acct and game center, also my internet connection is working fine. don't know why.. I have deleted the game and reinstall it again, too...

Have you finished the tutorial .? Just clutching at straws here because I've not seen the problem before, yet someone had a simaler issue with the help screen.

Last test, I would try another Internet connection, so either go to someone's place and use theirs, or try someone else's iPad on your connection to see if the problem is replicated.
Only thing I can think of is a firewall that you don't know about blocking access to the ports or something that the game uses...
