Last test, I would try another Internet connection, so either go to someone's place and use theirs, or try someone else's iPad on your connection to see if the problem is replicated. Only thing I can think of is a firewall that you don't know about blocking access to the ports or something that the game uses... ok, I will try it when I have chance, then get back to report here. thanks a lot!

To play versus you do have to get through the first 3 single play levels, but that doesn't explain how the app stops doing anything else after versus was tapped - it would actually be greed out if you have not completed the first three levels.
Another thing would be that you can't access help - card, can you access the help button? If not then you really might have not completed your first three levels in single player campaign!

yes i have completed tutorials, and I can access the help button. (I can access all the functions except versus mode..) strange!

I just tried another wifi connection, it's also the same situation that can't access versus mode.......

hmmmmm then it has something to do with your ipad?! That's weird. Have you tried someone else's ipad and your account?

The problem solved...!!!!!!!!!!
The problem was.... I accidentally turned off the "Mutiplayer Games" in Settings>General>Restrictions ... $#@%^&*
now I can play versus mode..
