I don't know how they would nerf Cesare really, the only thing they could nerf is his resolves as a surprise or his stats but that would be horrible I agree fully. I picked Cesare because we all know he has been nerfed already. Just to make my point. PP is probably next...

without PP fust agent decs will die. all will play sites and juno decks. PP never be next IMHO.

I have decks that rock with it but I also have decks that don't need it. Good income management is sometimes so much better than a PP or 2. There are also often situations and matchups where PP is shooting myself in the foot. More often than I'd care to count. It's a high risk card, just like discard is a high risk play (needs dedicated deck to work, if it's on the table it can't be discarded). Cesares and co were zero risk plays

so you agree that PP will never be nerfed In case I didn't make myself quite clear, yup but who knows, maybe there'll be a card that guarantees 2 of any single cards in your opening hand (lol funny), then PP Might need nerfing. So I guess what I'm saying is I don't think it should be, but hey who knows what the future holds
