Ever since I downloaded this game, it seems to constantly freeze in between switching screens (navigating the menu, loading screens, etc). Often when I press a button and then it freezes maybe for 3-4 seconds (sometimes longer) before continuing forward.
At times it's consistent, but maybe for a minute, tops. Then it just reverts to being sluggish.
Not a big issue but I was just wondering if anyone else has had this problem.
(PS: I have an iPhone 4 (no S). I also tested it on my brother's iPhone 4S and it works fine. Maybe a problem with the phone model?)

Well there is an intrinsic hardware discrepancy between the 4s and 4... 4s has a better CPU and more memory, so it's like expecting a game to run the same between a pentium and a quad core PC...
The devs will have more info, maybe there is a solution involving turning effects down/off, in future. Maybe.

iPhone 4 is slower, yes, but 3-4 seconds seems a bit too much.
There are menus where we have to synchronise with the network (like when you go in the store) and if you have a not so good network connection at that time, it might take a little longer. If that's what cause the delay in your case, you'll be glad to learn in the Auction House update, we will synchronise less things and so it could be faster then.
If it's not due to the network, then it's probably the flash drive of your phone.
To test that, it's quite easy. Simply put the phone on Air Plane mode and see if it is better. If it is a lot better, then the problem is the network. If it doesn't change much, then it's probably the flash drive.
