This deck is pretty close to competitive, and should be with a few tweaks. I've been playing a version of this for a few weeks now.
I built it for the 5 Rare challenge, but I think it is too cruel to serve its purpose, since it often makes new players rage quit.
Agents: 5 [green] Engineer Warrior [/green] (2) 2/1 +1 5 [green] Claudia Auditore [/green] (3) 0/3 +1 5 [green] Amerigo Vespucci [/green] (3) 0/5 +1 <- The "meanie". You can pick a more descriptive name. I prefer the family friendly one. 5 [green] Salai [/green] (4) 2/2
Sites: 4 [orange]City Stables[/orange] (2) 1 +X 2 [orange]Venieza, San Polo District[/orange] (4) 1 (I'd carry more but this is all I own.) 5 [green]Scholar's Den[/green] (4) 2 2 [green]Leonardo's Workshop[/green] (5) 1 <- two rares 1 [orange]Forli[/orange] (8) 6 <- My fifth rare. I change this card quite often depending on my mood. Sometimes it isn't rare.
Actions: 5 [green]Knowledge Is Power[/green] (1) +1 2 [orange]Sudden Exaustion[/orange] (3) +1 2 [orange]Mob Justice[/orange] (4) +1 2 [green]Scientific Espionage[/green] (4) <- two rares 5 [green]In Depth Analysis[/green] (6) +1
This deck starts slow, but controls the board and uses card advantage to win. Sacrifice your own pieces freely to slow your opponent (play sites vs. sites, for example.) Typically you will win with sites, but don't ignore your agents, either. The draw power is such that you will typically find an answer to any threat.

I just noticed the number of 5 rare decks that use Amerigo. Maybe he should be banned from the 5 rare challenge.

Lol nah Amerigo is fine, not that we have a real 5R format going, it's all just for our own challenge I can think of other quality uncommons in an environment like this: court order, magnetic personality, etc I hope in future they implement "rooms" with different rules, one day
