okay ill just post below you now.
i played your deck a few times now and as i thought it has a big card advantage problem. what i want to say is that your hand runs out of cards quickly and you rely completely on your next draw all the time. that means you always only have 1 card to respond to your opponents moves. this is rather typical for a complete rush deck but your deck isnt feeling like a fast rush at all. a good idea would be to focus your deck more into one direction. i have never seen a really good red/blue agent focussed rush deck since red can really only rush with sites. so if you want to go into the rush deck direction you should either get rid of red or replace your agents with heavy blue/gold sites.
okay what i did with your deck and cards is to make it more of a control deck:
throw out:
-1x secluded village (this card is just too bad to include in any deck exept for site rush with pontificial highmass or sth.)
-2x judgement day
-2x seeking sanctuary ( just a card that gives 2 influence more. why not get another site? my point is you need to have a site out on the field before you can play this card. but an equal strong site can be played anytime )
-3x papal influence ( not really bad here but just a one time scorer which would imo fit better into rush than into a control deck )
-1x holy calling ( would be a nice early resource boost but most of the time there are no agents in the archive when you really wanna play it )
-2x mob justice ( i included alot of counters so you can get rid of mob justice )
-5x arquebusier ( strong card for rushes maybe but no control at all )
-5x beautiful heiress ( not worth including her anymore since i threw out most of the affected agents )
-1x under arrest ( same as mob justice. counters are better )
add:
-1x marco barbarigo ( official with counter included. biiig card )
-5x preemptive strike ( getting one card while the enemy is loosing one (important) card is very strong )
-4x court order
-3x carlo grimaldi ( i dont know why you didnt play him in your deck 0.o )
-1x forli ( just a good win con )
-3x mysterious stranger ( play it shortly after day changed to night to gain more card advantage... then use borgia tower^^)
-2x tactical upheavel ( for me an auto include... it replaces itself, destroys wallers like amerigo vespucci and can be used as a semi resource boost while weakening the attack power of an 5/1 agent to a 1/5 )
-2x sudden exhaustion ( making an agent completely useless and giving some income as a surprise is actually pretty strong)
well i played that deck 10 times now and i lost twice... once because of a rather bad hand and bad drawluck and the other one because i was cooking and failed to counter my opponents win con
so its a solid deck id say. but there sure is a lot more to improve when you get more cards
