point is you get your agents out late anyway. it helps alot vs rushes. if you see you hold a AR in your hand you just play all your actions till you get 12+ and then you reboot and spam your agents. and now after the "nerf" it is even stronger for such purpose because it earases everything. so silvio and dante cant save nobody there. its just a "oh fuck i got overwhelmed" card. i would include 2 max 3. you only want 1 on your hand the whole game

3 doesn't guarantee it comes up against rushes, 4 is too much. I agree you need a reset card, I wonder if mending pandemic doesn't synergies better since you wanna be playing your agents again anyway...
Dunno, have to try it to see.

i've been experimenting more with animus reboot: so far, i have to say i've been VERY glad to have it. i find the best time to use it after an in-depth analysis or series of discreet callings and amassing a huge hand (especially full of creatures). it's saved me from about 3 impending losses so far (all to site decks), and the family heirloom makes a great topdeck since it is an instant. animus reboot's gold status allows it to be tutored so it's been a great addition so far. no serious qualms with it yet; i even had to use it when i had about 4 creatures in play and scores of 8 and 9 in 2 regions in order to prevent a site deck from making a winning score—dropped down more creatures afterward and proceeded to win.
edit: gg uncloned. with your opening hand that game i thought we were going to have a mirror match with this deck!
edit2: well this new variant of the deck went undefeated tonight, 10-0. of those 10 victories, 9 of them were premature quits from the opponent lol. this deck is really cruel...all i do is stall with sudden exhaustions, amass 12 income, drop animus reboot at a convenient time to create huge card advantage, then drop nicolus copernicus and lanz for mayhem. fastest 500 animus credits by far, but unfortunately my game froze after my last win and i lost all my credits for the night haha....

rha737Yeah, that was fun! I figured you'd think that it would be a mirrormatch that's why I kept my mercenaries behind for a while... Too bad we got disconnected, but you would've won, because I ran out of cards, and with your deck they kept coming! GG I was waiting the whole time for Malfatto, who never showed up Maybe next time... Your deck is much more solid with the Controlled Arson and some massdestruction in there. Hope to play you soon again

@uncloned:
haha very sneaky; you managed to hide your purple cards for so long! malfatto would have really caused some mayhem. i look forward to our rematch and hopefully then we can see things through to the bitter end!

rha737 I've just tweaked my deck and it is now also more draw-heavy. Also I've replaced a, what used to be, keycard, with something much more destructive. This has become one of my favorite decks now Hope to meet you in a match soon...

Just played it. Nice deck! Mind if I try a variant? Edit: ... Wrong deck... Re-edit:... Wrong person.

Yes. The merchant ship/Pietro basilica/field study combo works great.
(... Yes, I stole it, but used Scholar/Faith instead)
