Look at the last 4 Memories of your Sequence. Put one in your Hand. Randomize.
So this is a spin off of a thread that is currently running in another forum. I wanted to ask is this card worth having more than 1 of in your sequence? And I ask this because of the Randomize stipulation. Aside from drawing blind after you've used this once, is it just a One Card Pony?

My question is this: Does it randomize the entire sequence or just the remaining 3 of the last 4?

I don't think I'd seriously consider bringing back the possibility of maybe drawing a card that I might have mulliganed out of my first draw... A reason to include a card like this if I really wanted to I'd do it with a quick draw...... And actually take that card I was looking for, for 1 extra gold

Kind of. It can be used as a deck thinner because it replaces itself, but I don't know how efficient that is. In future releases there could be cards that put cards on the bottom of your deck similar to how some cards put cards on the top of your deck or return them to your hand.
This card would be beneficial in a limited environment (if we ever get one) where you build a deck out of 3-5 packs. Generally, in limited formats you don't have as many good cards so deck thinning is worth more.

My question is this: Does it randomize the entire sequence or just the remaining 3 of the last 4? It means randomize your entire sequence including the three memories you didn't choose. If it just meant the three you didn't choose, where would those three memories go? The top of your sequence, the bottom, the archive?

They become your next 3 draws. Not to the bottom of your deck, which would be pointless to "put back".

Oh my bad I was thinking about sacred vision. Yeah you just draw one out of 4 and the rest gets shuffled completely randomly.

Well we got our answer from the Devs about mulligans on the other post, so now the knowledge you have about bottom deck draws will be completely random with regards to all 3 bottom draw cards.

I use scientific method in those decks that are heavily dependent on a combo. As you can pick from four cards, you almost always get to draw something usefull. And in those cases I use 5 of them...

^^ Never looked at it that way. I always skipped this card when constructing new decks, because I thought it was the lesser brother of Knowledge is Power, but it can actually be a very useful alternative...

It only is in a combo heavy decks, and if your deck has cards you'd wanna skip. ... Then my other question is, why are there cards in your deck that you wanna skip?

Agree with you Tuism. It's like lab research. I used it once or twice early days till I figured I'd rather just drop it, and drop the card I would have discarded if I had used it, and get the right cards in the first place.

But hey if your deck is desperate to go through your sequence for specific cards, and don't need the income, then ok go for scientific

In some decks you want to skip cards. Like a bounce deck, where your opponent is playing sites only, you need bounce cards that bounce sites. I would like to be able to pick them out, instead of drawing agent bounce cards... The day we can play with sideboards I will agree with you. Until then, I will consider (from now on) Scientific Method.
