is it just me, or is since the last update she can neutralize safe agents when she blocks, this happens to me so many times already, PS mana dame u, u broke my 40+ game winning streak

She shouldn't. Do you have more details? safe agent gets block by her, died at the end, cost me many games already... dono how to add more details than that i remember i did that before and it works until recently

I've also noticed she can now neutralize threat agents (and she also dies), which I don't seem to recall her doing before. But that might just be my bad memory

she could kill threat always as i recall, her ability is not damage based. As for safe - check her description - if it says that opponent agent gets erased - she can off safe. Otherwise - it's just a bug.

Was Fiora's power boosted? If so she should first remove safe with damage, then neutralize the agent.

I agree, was this a Dante'd safe agent or was it Silvio. If your Fiora was stat boosted at all, the attack effects safe first then her ability kicks in

It's a bug. Reported it on bug thread. It says neutralize so it shouldn't kill safe agents.
