So it is a great card right!
I have actually read on different threads that its characteristics are
cantrip
booster
makes low heath/ high power agents harmless
kills agents with 0 power
OR (if you add at least 1 power to it)
Turns a defensive agent into a beast
Since then I noticed, to my dismay, that by using it on my opponent's Silvio (at 0 power), it allows to recover lost power on SAFE agents.
Safe being a condition which means: no harm can be done to the health.
So instead of killing the agent by giving it a 0 power, it leaves the health untouched and transfer it to the power side.
Now if you make any agent safe, with Evasive Maneuvers or Dante Moro, and then use TU on it, a 0/6 agent becomes 6/6....ouch
I noticed another implication this time with the RECOVER ability.
Recover means: at the end of the rest, the health goes back to its former value.
I think its easier to explain with an example:
You have the Zealous Banker out, Magnetic Personality and TU in your hand. Nothing to counter on the horizon, so lets use MP on ZB, that becomes 3/9.
Then you attack, and throw TU on it so it becomes 9/3...
You scored 9 points the agent goes to rest and...dies. THe Recover ability in this case brings the health to its former value: 0
Now lets say you had an active Dante Moro as well. By making your agent safe while it is resting (so no harm to health) you end up with a 6/3 agent... sweet!
You can play with Amerigo vespucci as well, and transform him into a 5/5 agent with the recover ability.
