I may be missing a trick here but does anybody use artist cards?

Unless I'm mistaken theres no buff card for them and unlike traders or scholars they have no class specific ability.

The only use i can see is to gap fill when your building up your collection.

Maybe this will be in an update?

Artists have no specific synergy yet. But some of them are *very* good.

The Legionnaire Thespian for instance is a strong card advantage maker. I use 5 of them in my main deck.
The Carnivale Performers have very good offensive stats for a cheap cost. I don't use them anymore, but when I was missing some Machiavelli, they were here to replace him.
