Harbour of Theodosius 4 Site 1
"Nobles are always SAFE."
Does this mean all the nobles which were on the board while the site was active should stay SAFE even after site is neutralized?

they should lose it when the site is neutralized. I don't use the site so I don't know if thats how it works, but that is how it is worded.

"Are" effects normally last as long as the card is in play. I don't know why they use the "always safe" term rather than "safe", since it causes confusion, like it does with Sylvio.

Well, the nobles which got SAFE because of the site remained SAFE even after site was gone BUG?

If they "got" or "get" safe then it wouldn't go away after the harbor is killed. If they "are" or "have" safe then it would. Case one is handing out of a token which stays, case two is a continuous state, like a roof over their heads.

Hmm. I doubt it was intended to be a permanent safe even when the site is gone. Does that mean that new nobels get safe after the site is removed? Does it mean that the safe stays after site is removed and they get some damage or effect that normally removes the safe?

The harbour is NOT a get or got. The effects are removed when the harbour leaves play. Working as intended.

Oh. Thought Wampyrs confirmed that they stayed safe when the site was removed. My bad.

They don't stay safe whenever I play it.

Oh. Thought Wampyrs confirmed that they stayed safe when the site was removed. My bad. I said the nobles which are made safe by the Harbour stays safe after the site is removed. The nobles which come into play afterwards doesn't get safe.

They don't stay safe whenever I play it. It was Cesare Borgia who stayed SAFE for me.

That is definitely odd. Did you steal the card from your opponent or did you draw him from your own deck?

OK after having played the harbour for a bit, I'm finding these circumstances to be buggy:
1) My opponent's nobles also get safe. I have a screenshot of this. I'm certain noone played Evasive Manoeuvres.
2) My opponent drops a Fishing Village opposite my Harbour - and the ability isn't removed. Every noble (including his) continues to have safe.
Can anyone else confirm this?

Can anyone else confirm this? I think your first point is WAI. The wording is "Noble are always Safe" - it doesn't matter who owns the nobles. Definitely not a bug for Point 1. The second point is I think similar to what wampyrs was saying... it's that once the nobles get Safe from Theodosius, they will continue to have Safe even after Theodosius is destroyed or its abilities taken out. But new Nobles won't get Safe. Not sure if the second point is WAI or a bug - devs need to weigh in on this IMO.
