I only got charged once as well, I load credit from vouchers, and there wasn't enough for a second charge

Same thing here! Please help! I wouldn't like to be charged double from my creditcard! I keep getting the Credit Purchase failed now all the time when I want to log into the AH...

Okay, so I bought the 11500$ pack and I now have tripple the amount of credits (minus a few AH purchases)! If I dismiss the connection with Apple I am able to continue to the AH... I also don't like to cheat the system this way! I purchase through a creditcard and I cannot see yet if I've really only made one purchase of 11500$ credits... My name at Uplay is also UnCL0NED. Could someone at Ubisoft please verify (and rectify) if possible? Thanks...

I have similar trouble! It keeps giving me a transaction error when I go to the market! And its tripled my credit purchase.

Hi,
We know what is happenning and currently working on à fix. Unfortunately, we can only fix part of the problem since à client update would be necessary
What will do the fix we are going to do on the server: You won't receive more than once your credit in case of an error The error should happen less often
The fact it ishappenning more often now is partly due to the fact there is more load on the server, and also the fact there is something different on Apple side. This is a bad coïncidence.

Same (or similar) here. I made the purchase (4.99$ -> 2750) at night, and I received an error message and doesn't I received the credits!
Got frustated, and come to this forum to do a bug report but, before send the message I returned to the game and then I received another error message and the credits.
Everything ok, I go to sleep, and today as soon as update arrives I downloaded and go shopping. When entering in the market I received another error message and another pack of credits. Imediatetly I go to my Apple account, and checked that no more charges have been made (I use giftcard too). Then I go the Market to buy some cards (I'm not abusing the bug, I accumulated credits for about 10 days awaiting the market).
After that I quit the game to do some stuff, and when I return again, a popup asking my apple password and then the same error message and new credits aport. I made some tests, like the others here, log off and log in in my account, turn off / on my iPad, but the bug still occurs. I was credited about 5-6 times, I think, doesn't counted exactly, but I want, like the others, return these unpaid credits.
Awaiting the solution, too!

I decided to visit the market again. No new credits, thankfully (I mean awwww.... ). I still have my extra credits, though.
An apple password pop-up keeps appearing, but other than that things seem to be working okay.
