Can we please please fix recover? Sudden exhaust on agent, magnetic personality on him, his power stays at 0 after he "recovers".
(edit: zero, not one)

I'm not sure I follow the bug. Was his power originally 1? Then he should recover it to 1.

Oops, my bad... Basically bug is that recover doesn't recover an agent's power. Most noticeably after a sudden exhaust. Had it done to Nicolo Machiavelli, ezio di Firenze, and a million other agents.
Especially irritating since the ability specifically says recover power and health too.

Opponent has a bunch of nobles in play. And drops heiresses, 2 of them. I drop a lassitude, everyone's power is zeroed. Confirmed, no glitch.
Then he plays just cause, and I play another lassitude. his just cause resolves, they all get 2 power and health. Then my lassitude resolves, and... They still all have 2 power.
And this was in single player, wasn't tested online.
Generally, the power and health modification tracking needs to be more robust and follow what's expected, and not some hidden mathematics that doesn't stop at 0 and confuse us to hell...

My Ezio Auditore (gold) @ 5/5
Cast magnetic personality on him , opponent blocks him. I scored 10 in a 0 region, this won the game for me, opponent must have been angry.
Edit: Another just happened , same cards.
My Ezio @ 0/5 due to sudden exhaust, I play magnetic personality on him, when he has recovered , he retains 2 power permanently (2/5)

A similar thing keeps happening to me too, with Machiavelli... Sudden exhausted Machiavelli, blocked by another agent. Magnetic personality on him, recovers to 3/4, but at damage I'd win from 10 influence.
Dunno what he's recovered to as the game was won.
Really need to sort out this whole recover/fierce/sudden exhaust/etc business... It's really like playing the lotto. Random.
Please implement properly tracked power/health adjustment events (as discussed in the other thread)...

Just had a buggy game ,
Holy calling - I didn't draw a card at the start of the day when I was looking in the archives.
Benevolent Midwife - Ability didn't work, i selected the cards but they never appeared.
If its of any relevance I played it just before the 1 st bug happened.

Okay dokey, version 1.6.7 is out, we'll do a transition from this to a new list when we get the changelog in. It's pretty cool that we're seeing pretty frequent updates now compared to the draught in the beginning

Our previous buglist minus the above changelist from the devs (and modified according to new information) 6) Holding a card when you --Fixed 12) When you double tap a card to --Not Fixed 13) Opponent had an Engineer's workshop --Fixed 15) Played Niccolo --Fixed (more below on carousel bugs) 17) King's Orders. --Not Fixed (Need more info on this one) 23) Sometimes card disappear off --Fixed 24) magnetic personality on cesare --Not a bug (more below on magnetic personnality) 26) Change of Plans against an opponent --Fixed 27) Amerigo Vespucci made safe, then --Not Fixed 30) Suggestion: --Suggestion sent Reporting new bugs in v1.5.6 1) I had a Monterigionni discarded --Fixed, this one and others with discard 2) Answered Prayers and any other -- That's a suggestion but we changed it so new memory won't show in the carousel 3) Same as above --Not fixed 4) Played an ancestral discovery --Not fixed 5) Jacopo De Pazzi gets --Fixed 6) If a surprise loses --Fixed 7) When picking two --Not Fixed Not on your list: Here's a peculiar little bug: If you summon a site at L'Aquila (no sites/agents have power) with Engineers workshop, it will have power. --Fixed Fierce stacking with itesel --Not fixed (add it to the list) Holy calling - I didn't draw a card at the start of the day when I was looking in the archives. --Couldn't repro this, might be fixed I need more info after patch. Benevolent Midwife - Ability didn't work, i selected the cards but they never appeared. --Not fixed (see carousel info below, maybe opponent had a carousel up) We fixed some bugs with the carousel, there's a huge one remaining. If you and your opponent have a carousel open at the same time, 1 of you won't receive the memory. This should be fixed in the next patch. I'll also be working on the memory that steal memories from your opponent. For magnetic personnality, when you play this memory, he gains recover. This means we register the Power and Health so he can recover them. So if your agent gets 0 power then you play magnetic personnality and come back to 0 power that's not a bug. Note it's also working the other way around. If you boost it's power to 15 and play magnetic personnality on him. He'll come back to 15. If you think it should work differently make a suggestion to Marc in a threat and I'll be sure he checks it.

Thanks for this list, we'll compile a new thread a bit later As for recover - ok I see what you did there. So that means recover starts counting at the moment of gaining the ability - which isn't clear in documentation, so intuitively I would think recover to "factory settings". I would suggest that either the documentation changes (cards that give recover gets clarification on this) or recover goes back to factory settings. I feel the latter keeps the mechanic easier to understand, and keeps the game streamlined, while the former would allow cool strategies (marginally cool). I prefer factory settings (if the card take register of a cards's power/health as magnetic personality is played on it, how come it doesn't recover to a lower health but to its "normal" health? Is there a "max health" secret value? Tbh this way of going about it seems really counter-intuitive and full of questions)

Health should work like that too with recover, and I'm fairly sure it's working at the moment (I remember testing it before doing the buglist). But report it if it's ot working like that.

Just to clarify, you mean if an agent is 5/5 at launch, gets damaged to be 5/2, and gets magnetic personality played on it, it will go to 8/5 then recover to 5/2??? That sounds really silly, unless I'm not understanding you correctly...

Yes, that's exactly how it works at the moment.

Hmmmm *pulls a face* no wonder we've been thinking its broken... It's pretty counter intuitive in my understanding. Can we consider putting recover to go to factory settings? Or "up to factory settings"? I think that's what "restore agent's power and health" would be read as by the majority of players. More user friendly, as we say in UX
