Version 1.5.6 was released on 25 Jan, and it was a cracker of an update. Again we really appreciate the dev team's work on this great project!
Below are the bugs fixed as officially given by the dev team:
From the forum buglist:
1) Agents that play as actions - Fixed
2)Carousel crash - Should be better, but due to Ipad 1 low memory, there can still be problems.
3) Monterigionni - Fixed
4) Basilica di Santa Maria Novella - Fixed
5) About the mute – I’m told this is an Apple Ios 5 problem, it’s discussed on the Apple developers board (I’ll keep an eye for this one)
6) Memory disappear when holding it – Not fixed
7) Palazzo Senatorio - Fixed
8) and 9) Answered Prayers + memory steal– Not fixed
10) Fiora Cavazza blocking makes lots of crash – couldn’t reproduce this one, but we made a lot of fix for crashes
11) Stuck in a carousel – Not fixed
12) Possible to have a big memory – Not fixed
13) Random gameplay crash – Possibly fixed
14) Multiplayer game without opponent name – Never saw this one, might be fixed

28) Need clarity on Safe – Here you go, directly from Marc :” Safe : this ability prevent the NEXT damage or neutralization. Then, it disappears.
This means that if it prevents a -0/-1 on an Agent, it won’t prevent it to be neutralized by the next event.
Agents that are “always safe” keep on surviving any damage or neutralization. The best solution is usually to erase them (or even better : steal them !)”

30) Action trigger too big – suggestion sent
NOT IN-GAME
1) This was fixed in the previous patch. However, we are really dependant on the quality of your wifi (or your provider). Even if your Ipad show 3 bars on the wifi indicator, that doesn’t mean your wifi is working at its full potential. If you have any problem with store purchase, try to get closer to your wifi access point. This is the same with multiplayer games. Also, powerful firewall can block our game. (or the firewall of your provider)
2) Exp gains – Fixed, we made various change to multiplayer xp
3) Uplay login – This is a lot dependant on Uplay devs, we are working to improve this.
4) When the iPad goes to sleep – Same as 3)
5) When the message – suggestion sent

- Charles de la motte and other similar memory being neutralized by neutralizing a launching agent (noble in this case, similar to monterigionni too)

6) Holding a card when you draw one makes the card in your hand disappear, but when you release it, it will still play.
12) When you double tap a card to bring up its description, if you tap on anything else before the "flip" is completed, the description remains up even if you're reading another description. This can happen ad infinitum. You have to manually go back and double tap the flipped cards to activate them and tap away to deactivate. Utterly annoying. They should unflip by themselves without you having to go back to "tend" to them if you've tapped something else.
13) Opponent had an Engineer's workshop in play. He activates it. Half way through resolving I play a Venezia, San Polo opposite it. When Engineer's workshop resolved (I think that was what triggered it, other things were going on, like I had a Carnivale in hand ready to play), the game crashed.
15) Played Niccolo Machiavelli, then could not confirm the choice. Was completely stuck in the carousel view.
Opponent may have played some card that would have removed my Machiavelli but the carousel had popped up before it resolved.
17) King's Orders. Choose Cesare. Get Uncontrolled Arson.
23) Sometimes card disappear off the board and come back again. E.g. Opponent casts Divine intervention, I cast Mysterious Stranger. Some stuff happen, and when DI resolved my Stranger disappeared, I thought he'd gone to the archive but he wasn't there. Then after half a day he came back onto the board (slid in from the right).
I think this has to do with the easing code of moving the card to where they are supposed to be as somewhere along the line I was holding the card being played.
24) magnetic personality on cesare Borgia who was sudden exhausted. sometimes his power doesn't return to 5, even though his health does. Recover seems to be buggy.
26) Change of Plans against an opponent who has a full HQ (6 agents), results in the agent NOT being stolen.
27) Amerigo Vespucci made safe, then tactical upheaval on him, he gets 5/5. When you then play sudden exhaustion on an opponent agent, your Vespucci dies.
30) Suggestion: It's very easy to accidentally trigger an action if you pick it up and put it back down, especially actions on sites, due to the seemingly huge activation hit area.

1) I had a Monterigionni discarded from my hand by a Mysterious Stranger. Never ever played it. All the surprises became actions - i.e I couldn't play my counters anymore.
2) Answered Prayers and any other card that discarded/stole cards from an opponent's hand should only be able to interact with the cards in opponent's hand at the time of resolve - i.e. AP shouldn't be able to wait on the carousel for another card to come in to discard that one.
3) Same as above, if you discard a card that an opponent *just* played, opponent should at least get his gold spent back. It's a discard, not a counter.
4) Played an ancestral discovery, then a answered prayer. While I was Selecting 2 memories to get back, AP resolved. I finished selecting my memories and said confirm. The carousel disappears but the AP select card dialogue remains up, and the button remains "disabled". Can't do anything, had to quit the game.
5) Jacopo De Pazzi gets -1/-1 if a site was discarded from my hand. Guessing it's triggered by a site going into archive (from hand or play)
6) If a surprise loses target before resolution, the income +1 still applies. But when tactical upheaval loses target before resolution, you don't draw a card. They should be both the same (either get a card AND income or no income AND no card)
7) When picking two memories from archive with Ancestral Discovery, it seems if the timer crosses mid-day to night, the carousel just closes without you having drawn either of the two cards for Ancestral Discovery.
8) Playing Magnetic Personality on a Fierce agent that's been blocked often results in scoring 10 from 0 in a region even if the attacking agent's power is nowhere near 10. For example, Machiavelli or Ezio di Firenze with Magnetic Personality.
9) Tapping on the left arrow twice always results in the site on the left to flip over. Same for the right arrows. Site's activation area should really be a bit smaller/off the cards in your hand.
10) Holy Calling and Benevolent Midwife can have carousel selections fail and cards not being drawn
11) If you summon a site at L'Aquila (no sites/agents have power) with Engineers workshop, it will have power. (maybe it's supposed to be like that)
12) 2 Macchiavellis resolving at close to the same time with no memories in my hand locked me in the confirm dialog.
