Short story. I got a deck of mine that has something like 100 wins in a row. Not giving the list, but it has discard and good cards in it. Until today. I faced a Templar only deck that just RUINED this secret deck of mine without giving me a chançe of retaliation. And, while simple, it's the first time I faced one like this. And I got good hands both times. So this concept is not mine, I forgot the name of the creator, but I built my version of it. You can add awesome Assassin cards in it of course, like Mario, Ezio, Peemptive Strike, but you don't have to. It's really the evidence that a very competitive deck can be Built by just buying 3 Templar boosters per day. 5 Discreet Calling (just pick Lanz and nothing else) 5 Order of the King (you need 1 active Dante on the board all the time) 5 Court Order 5 Untimely End 5 Faux Pas 5 Forced Inheritance (maybe Forced Charity can be better to avoid emptying your hand too quickly, don't know; didn't test as it's not Templar) 5 Dante Moro 5 Teodore Viscardi 5 Lanz 3 Cesare Borgia 2 Lia de Russo (or Change of Plans, but I like having something to pick when all the Lanz are gone) The idea is pure genius, yet simple. You spam Lanz and you protect them with Dante and counterspells. Then, you win. I'd love the creator of this deck to come here sign his name and share his version of it, but sadly, I didn't recognise his name. If you have Templar only ideas to improve it, please, share!

I faced him twice in a row. And no Assassins cards have been played. But maybe I missed them. It may be the same guy.

I have only one Lanz, and so, no thieves deck at all. Ezio is the only thief I play in the deck. Here, the core duo Dante/Lanz is a PAIN to deal with and the key of the deck.

I tried it out and swear there's great matchmaking going on... Just justgloat to a site rush, had no way of dealing with sites. Was close. Couldn't beat an Ezio'd out thief deck, can't counter them, got outran, Beat a media thief deck
Overall a great concept. I wish I had more (or any, rather) Ezio Assassins.

I think you were playing it Tuism when I played you before, it was close but I managed to get in early with tactical upheaval so I don't think you could get it going. 3 Ezio's helped a little too of course

Uncounterable Ezios Yep I think it was you I like this deck, its simplicity but not retarded single-mindedness appeals to me - I'll see if I can improve it (without Ezios... Damnit )

It's really the evidence that a very competitive deck can be Built by just buying 3 Templar boosters per day. Considering I don't have playsets of all commons, much less rares (1 Lanz, 0 Cesare), I wouldn't hold my breath. Still it is nice to see an affordable killer deck.

Yes, I enjoyed that. That was the first time I tested Papal Bull like that (and discover it failed ) Sadly my last 3 draws were site boosters.
